Organizational Need 1: Personnel Selection

Organizations that require high investment personnel often lack the necessary information to make accurate selection decisions. Instead, these companies piece together disparate information they collect from outside sources, internal measures and surveys, and interviews. Typically, the data are not standardized and are often abstract. Business owners typically say it is very difficult to make sense of the information presented to them. "One person tells me he lacks judgment and another person tells me he has good decision making skills. Well, which one does he have or are these things different?" We offer a highly advanced selection system that was designed for the Army Special Forces and the Marine Special Operations Command to measure highly skilled personnel on attributes that in the past were thought to be immeasurable and provide this information to decision makers for selection decisions. The solution we designed gives our clients the ability to measure potential candidates on a multitude of dimensions in a standardized way. Our system is designed to bring together both data from outside and inside sources into a single database so a holistic view of candidates can be attained. Our solutions utilize these features to create reports that are able to accurately compare individuals on different abstract dimensions, such as "Judgment", and also identify behavioral patterns that may be predictive of future performance.
