Organizational Need 2: Person-Job Fit

    Many companies lack the information to fully understand their people and make strategic placement decisions. As a result, they end up potentially placing highly productive individuals into positions that do not ideally match their capabilities and interests. What if there was a way to accurately match the needs of the company to the strengths and interests of its workforce? There is, and we've designed it. This solution was developed for the Army Special Forces and the Marine Special Operations Command to place newly selected personnel into the position that best utilizes their strengths and interests. Similarly, our clients have the ability to determine key positions that need to be filled and then identify specific people within their organization that have the capabilities and interest to best fill that position. The result is an organization that is capable of optimally leveraging its workforce.
