Experience:
Jane is an applied Industrial/Organizational Research Scientist specializing in employee selection, employee training, leadership development, and the impacts of technology used in the workplace. Her work includes assisting multiple clients, including Special Forces Assessment & Selection (SFAS), Special Forces Qualification Course, and the Technical Support Working Group (TSWG) division of the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office in designing performance assessments, and writing technical documentation for computer systems and organizational programs. She is currently working on a project examining the impact that different leader and team characteristics have on the relationship between individuals' self-efficacy for working in a high-stress team environment and their motivation to perform. Her research has been presented internationally and published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. |
