Gary strategically analyzes the industry as it relates to Horizon's core competencies, researching competitors and exploring business opportunities for innovative products and service offerings and new markets to expand clientele.

Experience:
Gary worked in the private sector for 5 years with Union Carbide and Burlington Industries as an Industrial Engineer designing better, quicker and cheaper ways of doing business. He recently completed a 36-year career as a Department of the Army civilian at Fort Bragg, NC with the last 15 years in the US Army Special Operations Command. Gary's primary focus has been on strategic planning, organizational analysis and design and business transformation in some of the Army's premier organizations. He has spearheaded ground-breaking work in process reengineering, organizational design, automated command climate surveys, supervisory competency models, 360 leader assessments, senior leader on-boarding and talent management. |
