Horizon Performance Responsibilities: Chris manages the team of Computer Systems Analysts, provides technical consultation to clients, and maintains Horizon Performance's network and computing solutions.

Experience: Chris has over a decade of experience in software design and the implementation of software and hardware solutions. He has been leading the Computer System Analyst team for over four years; providing technical support and training on custom software applications for multiple clients including Marine Special Operations Assessment & Selection (MARSOC), Special Forces Assessment & Selection (SFAS), as well as, designing and maintaining Horizon Performance's network and computing solutions. His work includes the development of software manuals, user guides, Flash-enhanced interactive computer training modules, and client-specific training videos. He has also been involved in the design and implementation of local area networks to accommodate VoIP, data, and videoconferencing communications. Mr. Mills was instrumental in the research, design, and testing of the NASA SBIR Phase I prototype of the Behavior Tracking Software System.
